Part-time Outsourcing

Hiring part-time developers through part-time power outsourcing combines flexibility with stability.

Regular outsourcing usually means hiring a developer full-time and is often tied to contracts of at least six months. The outsourced person can be considered an extra employee, but is provided by an external party.

Part-time power outsourcing uses contracts for one, two or three days per week and offers more flexibility. The developer can be seen as an extra team member and also has a company behind them. That support includes a project manager and direct support from senior software engineers. Contracts are flexible, can be cancelled monthly and start from a minimum period of three months.

The advantage of part-time capacity is that it always involves developers who have already been employed by ESBL for some time. Only developers who have grown well and have been on our payroll for a longer period qualify.

Part-time power outsourcing uses flexible contracts from a minimum of three months, followed by a one-month notice period. A developer can be hired from one day per week.
