With outsourcing, we work with developers in the Netherlands who are on our payroll.
With nearshoring, we work with developers from Eastern Europe who are not necessarily on our payroll but are supplied by our local IT partners.
First, we screen all developers for knowledge and skill, including through various tests.
To provide extra confidence, we can share references on request.
We usually work with a minimum contract period of three months and a notice period of one month.
The rate is tailored to your situation and depends on a number of factors: whether you choose outsourcing (developers on our payroll in the Netherlands) or nearshoring (developers through our IT partners in Eastern Europe), the number of professionals, the required seniority and technical specialisation, and the duration of the engagement.
